Hi. I am looking for a room in Rochester. I am a research student and will be starting my research mid-october. Looking for a room close to St.Mary's (walkable distance). Budget is around 600$

I have a furnished room to rent in home on NE side. Walkable to bus line and currently renting room to only one other - cardiology research fellow also at St Mary's.

There is a studio available for rent starting lease from Nov 4, 2020. within walk distance, 10 min walk to Mayo, Gonda, downtown, and 12 min walk to Saint Mary's. Unfurnished but it has a mattress, desk, and chair. The rent is 499 $ included utilities but not included electricity and wifi.
