Renting a room near Mayo FL starting June

This is an unfurnished room. It has its own bathroom inside. Bills included with the rent (water, electricity, wi-fi).
30 minutes walking distance and 10 minutes biking distance from the hospital.
It has a gym and a pool available.

People who are staying for a long period of time are preferred.
