Renting House/Apartment for August 1st

Hi, I am moving to Rochester in August as a PhD student, and I would like to rent a one-bedroom apartment. I was hoping to get some information on the monthly rates and availability. If you, or anyone you know, has any availability please let me know. Ideally it would be as close to the Mayo Clinic as possible. Thank you!

Hi! I have a room available in a 3 bed, 2 bath apartment! My roommate and I are both researchers at Mayo. We are looking for a third roommate.
