Requesting a Roommate for July or August (Rochester)

Hello, my name is Bengi and I'm a RN working at St. Mary's campus. Starting in July, I am moving into a nice 4-BR, 1-Bath house and would love to have a roommate. Male or female, doesn't matter to me. I am in my 30's, tidy/organized, extroverted, and have lived with men and women in the past. I also just moved here after finishing nursing school in Chicago and do not know a lot of people yet.

House details:
- Rent is $750/person (or $500/person if there are three of us)
- Located in Kutzky Park (1st St. SW), within walking distance to both hospital campuses
- 3 free parking spaces out back
