Research Scholar in need for a room ASAP in Jacksonville

I am Mohammed, a 25 years old Medical Doctor ( fresh medical school grad.) from Jerusalem - Palestine.
I have just been awarded a position at Mayoclinic in Jacksonville , Florida.

I am looking for a room to rent, beginning from April, 6th, 2021. I prefer the place to be as close as possible to Mayolcinic hospital. I prefer to live with a family in a shared house in a private room for 6 months at least ( renewable to one year according to private circumstances)
I prefer the room to be equipped at least with Wi Fi, heating, air conditioning and a toilet ( it is okay for a shared bathroom or kitchen ).
I will provide a proof of funding once I had a deal with the renter.
I don’t smoke, I am not alcoholic. I don’t do drugs as well. I am friendly and open minded person.
