Research Scholar - Looking for a Room in Rochester

I am starting a research fellow position at Mayo Clinic and will move to Rochester on June 1st. I am looking for a move-in ready/Furnitured Room. Ideally, it would have an easy access/shuttle service to Mayo Clinic. I am very clean and would like to keep the apartment clean and tidy.
