roch-looking for 3rd roommate next to mayo-$608
Hello, I am looking for a third roommate to join me in an apartment right next to and connected to Mayo.
Looking to start August 22nd 2025-May 2026. This place would be furnished and includes in unit laundry, beds, chairs, tables, and more. All utilities are included and there is a shuttle that takes you to St. Marys, grocery stores, the mall, and more.

Hi.
I'm a doctor, traveling to the US for a research position in Mayo, from the country of Mount Everest, Nepal.
I read the details of your house but, I do have my wife as well.
We are very silent couple. We meditate, and practice mindfulness. Converting NEPALI RUPEE into USD is very expensive for us as the position will be unpaid.
We can do some extra errands and help with the household chores as well, more than what's required.
