I need to get out of my lease and I'm willing to pay a significant chunk of your rent to do so. Riverwalk Rochester is a fabulous building; short walk downtown (less than 200yards to the tunnels), new appliances, and a gas range. The windows really make this place shine. My rent comes out to about 1850 each month. If you are willing to take over the lease through June 1st; I'll cover any difference over 1300.
