Hi! Seeking housemate to share very nice 4-BR home in NW Rochester. Bus to Mayo campus bus is 4 doors away, 7-10 minute bus ride. Home is in a very safe area; quiet & peaceful – perfect for those of us who are busy and need a peaceful space to recharge. We don't have pets, we don't smoke in the house.
Available Nov. 14. Prefer lease through at least August 2022. Living area is furnished and I can furnish the bedroom if needed. You will have your own private bedroom with walk-in closet, new wood floor Share with one other Mayo employee: Large open kitchen/dining/living area, bathroom, laundry room. $575 rent if paid on time. You pay 1/4 of utilities/trash/wifi. Snow: share shoveling or pitch-in to pay for shoveling.
