Rochester, ISO 2-month room for rent that is cat-friendly

I am female and looking for a room for 2 months from now January until mid of March in Rochester. My budget is ~$600 per month and willing to negotiate.

I have two short-haired cats, fully indoor, well-trained with feeding and litter box. They are up to date with vaccinations and microchipped. They also don't scratch furniture as I have scratching boards and toys for them.
