Rochester - looking for a temporary room - 8/21-8/26 and 8/28-8/31.

I'm very excited to be starting a new position In Rochester next week (8/22). I have an apartment all lined up starting at the end of August, but I'm looking for a temporary room for a few days before then: Sun-Fri, 8/21-8/26, and Sun-Wed, 8/28-8/31, total of 8 nights. I have a hotel reservation, which can work for me, but I'd be happy to pay $40 per night for a room in an apartment or house instead. Could be a win-win if someone has a little extra space that they would like to monetize, plus a way for me to get to know some of my new Mayo colleagues.

Personal background: I'm a 59yo married man (but the room is just for me). I'm pretty low maintenance - I can bring my own cot, sleeping bag, pillow and towel. I enjoy running, biking, and photography. I'll be in the department of cardiovascular medicine developing artificial intelligence/machine learning tools.
