Share very nice 4-BR home in NW Rochester. Free transportation to Mayo campuses is 4-doors away; walk < 2 minutes then approx 7 minute ride (bus system paid for by Mayo). Very safe area; quiet & peaceful area; relaxing home. We don't have pets, don't smoke in the house. Very clean. Living area is furnished and I can furnish the bedroom if needed. Attached garage, private bedroom, shared: large open kitchen/dining/living area, bathroom, laundry room. $650 if rent paid on time (otherwise $675). You pay 1/4 of utilities/trash and 1/3 of Wifi. Snow: two share shoveling or we all pitch-in to pay for shoveling.
