Seeking housemate to share our 2400 sq ft house in super safe NW Rochester. One-minute walk to Mayo bus. Furnished living/dining area. Share one level of home (1200 sq ft) with two other female Mayo Clinic employees. Available now. Rent is $600 if paid on time. I pay utilities and you reimburse me flat fee of $90 per month. Hardwood floors, almost new kitchen and laundry appliances, attached covered patio, attached garage. We are an all female home. We don't smoke and don't have pets on this level of the house. Very relaxing, calm space to regenerate.
