Room/ Apartment available Rochester MN

Hello All,
I am looking for someone to take over my lease at The pines of Rochester. There are 2 options:
2b2b apartment is available starting 1st Jan. The total rent is $1500. The apartment is cat and dog friendly. The community is really beautiful and has lots of amenities like indoor swimming pool, steam room, dog park, gym, game room, theatre room and many more. All the cost(wifi, water, trash,...) is included in the rent except electricity.
The other option is master bedroom availability with private bathroom available as soon as you can move in. The rent would be $750 and rest of the things remains the same. Okay to give away the furniture if you are interestd.
The apartment has to and from shuttle to Mayo. It is very close to Hyvee, Walmart and Target.
