Room Avail starting in June!

Looking for someone to take over my lease at The Pines in a 2b2b ASAP. I want someone to ideally take over the lease starting in June (you’d pay for June). This lease goes until May of next year. Looking for someone who is quiet, clean, responsible, and female. Unfortunately, no pets. It has in-unit W/D and a balcony! Rent is $800 a month + electricity (~$70). My current roommate is a female who works at Mayo. She is nice, quiet, very clean, and also responsible. There is nothing wrong with my current living situation, just moving in with family 🙂 The Pines is super close to a Hyvee, Target, and some great restaurants. They also have a lot of AWESOME amenities including a clubhouse with an indoor pool, M-F shuttle downtown to both Mayo campuses, a gym, and more listed in the pictures included.
