Room available close to Phoenix campus

I have an unfurnished room available in the 3 bed 2.5 bath house I'm renting. The house is located off Dixileta close to Tatum, it's about 8 miles from the Phoenix campus. The entire house is 2,000 sq ft, there's a big backyard, a garage, washer/dryer. I'm asking for $650 not including utilities. I'd like to be able to add someone to my lease so you would have to meet the requirements of the property management company (credit score 550 or better, no prior evictions, etc).

I have 2 dogs, about 55 lbs each, and I can't have more pets in the home. I would like to live with someone who loves dogs!
A little about me: I'm 27, I'm a physical therapist in the hospital, and I just moved here from Florida.
