Room available for rent

Hello! My roommate Kristin and I have an extra room available in our 3 bedroom apartment at Preserve on Maine, located in Rochester. Kristin and I both work at Mayo, I am a research intern and Kristin is a medical imaging analyst. We are in our early 20s.

We are about a 10 minute drive from downtown Rochester and St. Mary's, and our apartment offers a free shuttle service that goes between our apartment and downtown Rochester/St. Mary's. It runs every hour throughout the day.

The communal living space is already fully furnished and we also have a TV in the living room.
