Our roommate is moving out on July 10th and we are looking to fill his spot. My friend and I have a 3 BR 2 BA apartment in North Phoenix, cross streets are SR 101 and Cave Creek Road, very close to Mayo Phoenix! I am a mom who splits her time between Phoenix and Rochester while my boyfriend attends medical school. My kids and I share the master and are only there every other weekend. My roommate is a 25 year old male who does not work for Mayo but is very kind and responsible. He has been living there for a year and I've never had a problem. He keeps to himself and pays the bills on time.
