Hey all! 👋🏼 I am looking for a potential roommate to sublease an apartment with me. The apartment is in Rochester, MN and is available starting now. However, I am flexible with the move in date. I have a two bedroom, two bathroom unit in a newly built apartment complex off of first avenue ā a 5 minute walk to Mayo Clinic! I have a bedroom available 9/16/19. It is a shared situation where you have two other roommates that share the living room, bath room and kitchen. I have been told it is the best place around.
