One bedroom available for short term starting in October with private bathroom and fully furnished. House is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom located about 10 minute drive to downtown and SMH campus. There is a bus stop about 2 blocks from my house. Ample parking in the neighborhood. $800 a month, including utilities. I have a 6 month lab. No other pets or smoking.
