Room for rent at the beaches with private bath in Jacksonville

Hello! My name is Debbie and I have a large bedroom for rent. There are two double beds, a double sized closet and a private bath. We will share the living room and kitchen. You are welcome to use the washer and dryer. I'm located at the beaches, a short,10-minute drive to Mayo on San Pablo. The rental is available beginning 2/1/20 and rental length is flexible, including shorter term such as 1 - 6 months. I do have a black lab dog, very sweet and loving.
