Private room and bathroom for rent on quiet dead end street in NW Rochester close to shopping centers! The common spaces are furnished and the room will come with a queen bed. The house is quite large--there are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 downstairs and 4 are filled with young professional women (only women will live in this house). The house is very quiet.

The rent is $965 and includes all utilities, lawn care, snow removal, and a garage spot. My lease goes through August with the option to renew.
