Hello! I am looking for a clean, respectful, profesional to rent a room in my three bed two bathroom house. It is located in NE Rochester two blocks from the city bus. Currently I live here with my boyfriend our dog and our guinea pigs. No cats allowed but other pets negotiable. Rent is $675 utilities included. Room is available starting in April.
