Room hunt!

Hey!
I am looking for a decent apartment in MN. I will be starting my research fellowship in march. If someone is looking for a roommate please let me know. I would be interested in 2 separate rooms and separate baths. I am preferably looking for a female roommate.

In case someone might be vacating an apartment and has some good suggestions, I will appreciate it.
