Room for rent in a spacious two-bedroom apartment walking distance for St. Mary's Campus in Rochester. I recently purchased a home and need to find someone to take over my share of the lease in this fantastic building from mid-November through March 2025. I will be moving out Nov. 4, so you'd be able to move in anytime after that. Possibility of extending the lease beyond that date, but that will be up to you and the other person.

You'll be living with a friendly, responsible man in his late 20s who works in the financial sector. I absolutely love this apartment and wouldn't be leaving if I wasn't buying a home!

Amenities include a private bathroom, lovely porch, elevator and a spacious kitchen and living area. The apartment is located on the third floor in Kutzky Park, a safe and convenient neighborhood with easy access to the bike trail and Mayo Clinic.

Rent is $965/month, plus utilities (usually ~$40/month). The room is unfurnished but the main living area is furnished (couch, TV) but also has ample room to add a work station, etc. Cat not included 🙂
