Looking for a female in 20's or 30's. Must be very responsible and very clean. Rent is $800 a month with most utilities included, minus electric, which you and the roommate split. Electric ends up being $20-40 per month per person. Even wifi is included. The Pines also have a gym within the building, an indoor pool in the adjacent building, and grilling areas.
