Room needed in FL (summer internship)

Hello, I am graduate student who will be interning at Mayo this summer. I am looking for a furnished room to rent for the summer (May 15 through August 6). I'm hoping to be as close to Mayo as possible. I am happy to provide further information about myself and greatly appreciate any assistance!

Heya, I'm an international student who'll be interning for some of that period (early july - mid august) so any advice would also be appreciated!
