Room needed near Mayo Phoenix (Feb 10 - Apr 11)

Hi all,
Medical student here, looking for a room near Mayo Clinic Phoenix from February 10th to April 11th.
I'm doing a research internship and won't have a car, so proximity to the hospital would be ideal.
I'm quiet, clean, and easy-going. Any leads would be hugely appreciated!
