Room open in Rochester

This is a spacious 4BR 3Bath home in a quiet & safe neighborhood just a 9.5 minute drive away from St. Marys Hospital.

Rent is $650 + shared utilities (Would prefer to fix this rate to save time).

Currently are 2 male residents (upstairs), one pediatric, from WI, and other in general surgery, from DC. Although there aren't pets in the home we love having them.

We have a TV with Netflix, Amazon, and Disney for anyone to watch. An office space with supplies & printing/scanning capabilities.

I encourage you to use whatever you want. Bedrooms 3 & 4 (pictures not utd) have full beds, night stands, linens and closet with hangers.
