I am a female research fellow at Mayo Clinic renting out several fully furnished bedrooms in our home for long term or short term stays. The home is equipped with a private pool, washer, dryer, cooking supplies, free bikes for tenants to get to and from Mayo with free wifi and utilities included. We are located about 2 miles by bike and 4 miles by car from Mayo Clinic Jacksonville for an easy commute. Currently. we are looking to rent primarily to females working at Mayo Clinic.
