Room within walking distance rochester for march only, women preferred

Looking for renter for the month of march only (have a longer-term renter coming in April). Women preferred! me and my roommate both work for mayo and each have a dog (both houses trained). The room is furnished and for the whole month it is $600 ($19.35 a day) with a percentage of the utilizes added. It has a long driveway, so you don't need a permit to park and a single car garage; it is small and old though, so I manly use it for storage. It is within walking distance for both Methodist and St. Mary's!
