Room/Apartment at Mayo Rochester needed from October (or later)

Hi, I'm Christoph, a medical doctor from Germany. I will start my research fellowship at Mayo Rochester in October, and I am looking for a room or an apartment near Mayo. Any information on a rental place would be really helpful. Thank you so much!
