I work in Mayo PHX in ICU. I’m currently looking for a roommate. I live 8 minutes away from the PHX hospital and 22 minutes from Scottsdale location. It’s a 2 bed room 2 bath apartment on the 2nd floor. I got a second room incase friends and family come over. It’s perfect for short term lease.

Rent is $1,000 – fully furnished, wifi, security system, and security on site.
The apartment has a gym, heated pool, jacuzzi, grills, private workspaces, clubhouse, and a creative space.

*No pets please.

Approval based upon background check from my apartment manager.
