Hello I'm looking for a female roommate to share an apartment with, in Rochester. I'll be staying for about 8-10 months. I would want to stay within walking distance to mayo clinic.

I have a generously sized room available in a house, and I currently have a female roommate. The house is conveniently located within walking distance of Mayo Clinic, a grocery store, and there is also a shuttle service available. The rent for the room is $547 and includes amenities such as in-unit laundry, parking, and heating. The only additional cost is for electricity, which is reasonably priced. I have a generously sized room available in a house, and I currently have a female roommate. Hi, I have a room available starting late august/September 1st. It is in NW Rochester, but there is a free shuttle to downtown and saint mary's directly from the complex. It is a 1 bedroom apartment, so you would likely not have a roommate.
