Roommate Needed – Move-in December/January!

Hello! My roommate and I are looking for a third female to join our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment near the Mayo Clinic. Both of us work at Mayo, so it’s perfect for another Mayo employee! The apartment is a 6-minute drive from Mayo and conveniently located next to the Mayo employee West Lot, where you can catch the shuttle to work.

About the Apartment
Rent is approximately $750/month, including utilities. The apartment is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood and offers great amenities, including an in-unit washer and dryer, access to a gym, pool, BBQ grill, study spaces, and a community lounge. We're also only a 2-minute walk to Cascade Lake – perfect for outdoor walks, runs, or unwinding after work.

Lease and Move-In Details
The move-in date is ideally between December/January. The lease term is till April 2025. We can provide more information about the move-in process and answer any questions about the apartment community.
