Roommate needed Rochester

Hello! I have a fully furnished room available at the end of August. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, less than a 10-minute walk from Saint Marys and under 15 minutes from Gonda and downtown. There’s a spacious kitchen, a cozy living room, laundry and drying machines in the basement, and a backyard garden. The rent is 700/month plus bills.
About me: I'm 25 from Italy, I'm currently working as a research trainee at Mayo. I’m very active and usually out for most of the day, but when I’m home, I enjoy relaxing, chatting, cooking, or just spending some quality time with my roommates. I’d love to be friends with the people I live with! I also value my personal space and quiet time, and I totally respect others’ need for that too. I’m easygoing and chill, no strict house rules, just the basics of keeping shared spaces clean and being considerate. The other roommate has a dog, so we're looking for someone who’s comfortable living with a pet. Ideally, I'd love to find someone friendly who also wants to help create a cozy, homey environment together.
