Roommate Needed - Rochester - $875/month

Hello! I am a 27 year old 4th year MD/PhD student living in a 2 bed/2.5 bath apartment in Broadway Plaza. I am looking for a roommate. The apartment costs $875 plus a $65 utilities fee per person. The lease runs til July 2026. I’m hoping to stay in this apartment for much longer though. Hotel amenities such as the pool, gym, and steam room are available to residents! I do have a cat but she is very friendly and loves people! The place is unfurnished but I have some furniture in the common areas from my last place.
