Roommate to split at Berkman

Hi. I'm Tammy. Would anyone like to split a 2B 2 bath at Berkman? Relocating late July for st mary's campus. I work nights, so I'm a quiet roommate. Everything seems full in housing.

Hello! We have a house with an available room. It’s a 4 bd, 1.5 bath, and there are three others (2 nurses, 1PCA.) it’s within walking distance of St.Mary’s, takes me 15-20 min to walk each day. Rent is inexpensive $484/per person per month if there are 4 renters. Utilities are about $100 per person per month. We have tons of storage, a nice deck, quiet neighborhood. We do have a big friendly dog, so you’d need to be ok with him. He’s a big love bug, quiet, and loves to nap next to whoever is home. If you’re interested, let me know- Jessie 619-403-1286.

I love animals, but I'm not sure this would work for me. I am schedule to work Nights & the household might be too active for me to sleep days.

I'm trying to find something long term. I'm not doing travel it's a perm position.

I think I'm going to stop this thread. I just went to the site and the Berkman has put rent up again since I spoke to them last (less than 2 weeks ago). Back to the drawing board.

Look into Regency Apartments or Residential Properties. They are cheap starter apartments walking distance.
