I'm looking for two non-smoking, professional roommates to share a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house. It is located in NW Rochester, quiet neighborhood, near Costco, Hyvee, Hwy14. 8min drive to mayo downtown. 3 Options following:
Room1: Main level, private bathroom, no furniture, $750/mo
Room2 or 3: Basement level, share bathroom, full furniture, $650/mo
Utilities included (laundry, Wi-Fi, gas/electric, water/sewer, garbage, snow/lawn removal)
