Hi, my name is Jielu, I work in mayo as research fellow. We are looking for a female non-smoking roommate to share a single house. It is located in NW Rochester, quiet neighborhood, near Costco, Hyvee, Hwy14. 8min drive to mayo downtown. The room is available now, $650/mo including utilities (laundry, Wi-Fi, gas/electric, water/sewer, garbage, snow/lawn removal). Please PM if interested.

Hello!

I am super interested and am looking for a place from May to mid-September. Would this time frame work for you? Does the lease allow dogs and would the roommates be okay with having a dog?
