Roommate wanted rochester mn

My name is Cassie and I am 24 and work at mayo as a research technologist. My fiancee and I have signed a 2 bed 2 bath lease at Quarry ridge and are looking for a roommate anytime after November 4th. We are open to living with males or females. That apartment is huge at a little over 1,100 sq feet. and completely renovated. It has a balcony, fireplace, and in-unit laundry. You will also have access to a pool, hot tub, fitness center, grills, and will be living right next to a park and lake. It is located about a mile and a half west of downtown Rochester so you could easily walk/bike and there is a city bus you could take. It is a pet friendly apartment and we own a 60 pound hound (she is shy and sleeps a lot). We are chill people and would love to make friends. We love sports, being outside, anything active, and are excited to explore the city a little. The rent would be $750 with utilities included.
