I rent a 5 bed 3 bath house walking distance to Mayo Rochester. I’m in the basement but the 4 bedrooms up stairs are available starting July 1. Rent is 2k split between all of us. Looking to fill two or maybe three of the rooms. The house is huge, has a fenced backyard and is only like 4 blocks to St Mary’s. Off street parking. One garage spot available. Three season porch and more. I have a dog so you must like dogs.
