Share one level of home (1200 sq ft) with one other female Mayo Clinic employee. Available now. Rent is $600 if paid on time. I pay utilities and you reimburse me flat fee of $90 per month. Includes WiFi. Hardwood floors, almost new kitchen and laundry appliances, attached covered patio, attached garage. We are an all female home. We don't smoke and don't have pets on this level of the house. Very relaxing, calm space to regenerate.
