Roommate to share our 4 BR 2 BA 2400 sq ft house in super safe NW Rochester. Share one level of home (1200 sq ft) with 23 y/o female Mayo employee; 1-minute walk to Mayo bus then 7-10 minute ride to the clinic. Rent is $650 if paid on time. You pay 1/4 utilities and 1/3 best speed wifi. Bed and side table can be added at no charge. Attached garage can be added +$25 per month. We are an all female, all Mayo Clinic Employee home.
