Hi! My roommate has completed her time here in research and is moving out. I have a 2 bed 2 bath apartment and the room is available starting Jan 01. 8 min walk from St. Mary's. Rent would be $750. Water and internet is included. We would share utilities (electric and gas) which is ~30-40 dollars a month. Washer and dryer in unit. Property is non-smoking. I do not have any pets.
