RST - Looking for female roommate - $750

Hello! I am looking for a female roommate to take over the rest of my lease from February to the end of Jun with the ability to sign on after Jun as well. There will be one unfurnished bedroom available in this 2 bed 2 bath apartment since my current roommate will be staying. It is approximately min walk from St. Mary's. Rent would be $750. Water and internet is included. You would share utilities (electric and gas) which is ~30-40 dollars a month. Washer and dryer in unit. Property is non-smoking.
