Seeking roommate to share our 2400 sq ft house in super safe NW Rochester. One-minute walk to Mayo bus. Furnished living/dining area. Can furnish bedroom. Share one level of home (1200 sq ft) with one other female Mayo Clinic employee. Available April 3. Rent is $775 if paid on time. I pay utilities and you reimburse me flat fee of $100 per month, including high speed internet and trash pick up. Attached garage can be added, Hardwood floors, almost new kitchen and laundry appliances, attached patio. We are an all female, all Mayo Clinic Employee home. We don't smoke and don't have pets on this level of the house. Very relaxing, calm space to regenerate.
