Scheduling for POPA, portrait and HR Appointment

Hi, I'm going to be flying to Rochester for my POPA and HR Appointment, I wasn't sure how long each would take so I scheduled my HR Appoint about 45 minutes before my POPA, is that okay? I was also told that I needed to get my portrait taken but wasn't sure how I would go about scheduling that and how long it would take.

Hey, there! i just did all that. The POPA takes about 30 minutes or so. The portrait is really quick but they are closed for part of the afternoon for lunch (I think 12-1:30?). I did all of my HR paperwork online for my onboarding, so when I met with HR all they did was make a copy of my driver's license and SS card.

How did you do all of it online? I know I did some, but I haven’t done like tax stuff or anything.

It was already in my to do list for my onboarding. I didn't have to add or request anything.

Hi! I was able to schedule my POPA but I’m not sure how to schedule the HR appointment. Can you help me out and tell me how to do that?

I got a separate email with a link just like I did for the POPA. I actually almost forgot to schedule because I thought the emails for reminders for the POPA appointment. If you didn't get one, I'd call HR.
