Searching for Roommate (Pines of Rochester)

My name is Tom I am 24 just finishing up my Masters in Exercise Science. Looking for a roommate to sign a 12 month lease at the Pines of Rochester. It is pretty last minute I start work at the Mayo mid April. Looking to split a 2BR/2Bathroom spacious apartment at the Pines of Rochester. It is a little bit out of downtown but they have free shuttles top tier amenities. Looking at the "Cypress" it would be 1499-1599 split. Internet is included at 200 mb/second can upgrade and pay the difference up to 1gb/sec. I am looking for anyone that is relaxed but likes to keep things pretty neat. I am new to the city but grew up in MN. Also in the summer if you like boating I have a slip on Lake Minnetonka up north by the cities.
