Seeking Roommate in 3 BR/2 BA Downtown Rochester Apt

Hi!

My roommate and I are seeking one person to fill a vacant bedroom in our 3 br/2 ba apartment located less than a 5 minute walk from Mayo's downtown campus. You will be sharing a bathroom with a clean and considerate roommate. There is a parking lot attached to the building with space included in rent and building also has a pool and small gym. It is located very close (less than 2 min) to a subway entrance for winter. We are looking to sign a 12 month lease (ending in June 2024). Price of rent is $684 (which includes heat, water, garbage, parking). Additional expenses include electricity and internet (approx $40/person).
